Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unused and unworn (for apparel and accessories)
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, the following products from our menu are non-returnable unless defective:
- 100% Kauai Coffee
- 100% Kona Coffee
- After Sun products
- Candies
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship Your Return: Mail your return to the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective items
- For exchanges, we’ll process your new order once we receive the returned item(s)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from our collections (such as Aloha Jewelry, Aloha ‘Aina Collection, or Bungalow Glow products), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), please note:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with the return
- We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
