Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to serve you better:
1. Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx)
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate: $12.95 USD
- Includes tracking and insurance
2. Free Shipping (via EMS)
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking included
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian countries and remote regions). Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination
- Some restrictions may apply to certain products
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hawaiian treasures. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be in original condition
- Apparel and accessories must be unworn and unused
- Original packaging and tags must be included
Important: Due to hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless defective:
- 100% Kauai Coffee
- 100% Kona Coffee
- After Sun products
- Candies
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for faster processing.
Step 2: Wait for approval. We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Step 3: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Step 4: Mail your return to the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error
- For exchanges, we’ll process your new order once we receive the returned item(s)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from our collections (such as Aloha Jewelry, Aloha ‘Aina Collection, or Bungalow Glow products), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For our international customers:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with the return
- We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
