• Authentic 100% Kauai and Kona coffee

• Beachwear and island lifestyle products
• Hawaiian jewelry and gift items

While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to monitor settings or natural product characteristics.

2.2 Product Restrictions

Certain products have special handling requirements:

• Coffee and food items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective
• After Sun products are final sale due to safety regulations
• Some jewelry items may have specific care instructions

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline. We’ll send an order confirmation, but this doesn’t constitute acceptance.

We offer two shipping methods for our Hawaiian products:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days)
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days)

Delivery times are estimates only. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4.3 International Shipping

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers are responsible for all import fees.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, except:

• 100% Kauai and Kona coffee
• After Sun products
• Candies and consumables
• Items not in original condition

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Receive an RMA number
3. Ship items back with original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. They will be issued to the original payment method.

6.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate shipping and payment information. We’re not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect information.
